PISTOIA, 10 aprile 2025 – Un passeggero ha insultato i verificatori, bloccato la corsa e picchiato un conducente di Autolinee Toscane. È successo a Pistoia, nel tardo pomeriggio di martedì scorso, sulla linea 12 Pistoia – Agliana, all’altezza di Via IV Novembre. Secondo una prima ricostruzione il passeggero, vedendo salire i verificatori, e non avendo il titolo di viaggio, è scappato scendendo dal bus ma, una volta a terra, è risalito, ha insultato e schernito i verificatori posizionandosi davanti alle porte di ingresso del bus, impedendone la ripartenza. Il conducente, invitando il passeggero a scendere, è stato colpito ripetutamente al ventre. Dopo un primo tentativo dei verificatori di riportarlo alla calma, l’aggressore si è poi dileguato. Pochi minuti dopo, impossibilitato a proseguire il servizio, il conducente è stato assistito e portato al Pronto Soccorso, in cui gli sono stati dati alcuni giorni di prognosi. Già scattata la denuncia ai Carabinieri, l’azienda valuterà tutte le azioni legali, compresa la denuncia per interruzione di pubblico servizio, e metterà a disposizione le immagini riprese dalle telecamere sul bus, sia a tutela del proprio dipendente, ma anche per consentire di ricostruire compiutamente la dinamica e l’identificazione e il perseguimento del responsabile degli insulti e dell’aggressione. “A nome di tutta Autolinee Toscane esprimo piena solidarietà nei confronti del dipendente che ha subito questo gesto violento e aggressivo, grave e intollerabile, nonché vicinanza ai collaboratori della verifica – commenta Gianni Bechelli, Presidente di Autolinee Toscane – La presenza delle telecamere su tutti i nostri mezzi, nonché la collaborazione con le forze dell’ordine, che ringrazio anche in questo caso, consentiranno di bloccare chi si macchia di certi episodi vergognosi”.
