Search
With at bus you can search for lines, bus stops and schedules wherever you are; find the times of buses at your favourite stops and live departure times. You can also check the status of services that you use regularly and see nearby bus stops and sales points directly on the map.
 

Buy

at bus is your online ticket office, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 
You can purchase all types of tickets and passes.

How? With my at! 

  • for tickets and carnets all you need is a my at account.
  • for passes, you can import a profile registered on our webshop shop.at-bus.it, by inserting your date of birth and tax code
     

Travel

Once you have purchased the right ticket for your trip, all you have to do is get on board.

Search where you need to get to and select the best solution for you; the app will send you a notification once it’s time to depart; follow the directions to get to the right stop, monitor live departure times and the number of stops required to reach your destination! 
You can save your favourite places so you always have them at your fingertips for next time 

How much does my trip cost? Finding out has never been so easy, follow these steps:

  1. plan your trip
  2. choose the route that suits you best
  3. the cost of the trip appears at the end of the journey, with the total of the necessary tickets

  4. add the tickets to the cart and proceed with the purchase! Don't worry, if you don't need a ticket (maybe because you have a subscription that covers that route) you can remove it from the cart in the next step

     

With the new Social Login, personalize your travel experience with a click

  • to purchase tickets and subscriptions you must be registered with my at; from today you can do it with Social Login via Google and/or Apple, it's very easy:
     

  • if you use the new feature and purchase via travel planner, once the tickets are added to the cart you are automatically redirected to the login page
    otherwise you can log in by clicking on the "Menu" tab and then on "login"

     

Where is the bus? See the real-time position of the buses 

  1. select the "schedules" tab
  2. choose the line that interests you (currently the function is active only on urban lines in the major cities)
  3. above the list of stops, you will see a tab with the real-time symbol and the writing “Where's the bus”: click on it and you will see the map of the buses on the line in real-time!
