Code of Ethics and Organisational Model

 

Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8/6/2001 introduced into the Italian legal system the principle of liability of entities for administrative offences dependent on crime. Autolinee Toscane S.p.A. has decided to adopt its own Organisation, Management and Control Model in line with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/01, aimed at preventing the commission of offences that may entail the administrative liability of the Company if carried out in the interest/disadvantage of the same, keeping it updated over time.
The choice is the result of rigorous ethics inspired by the values of transparency, correctness and legality in daily operations pursued by the Ratp Group.
Pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001, a Supervisory Board was established with the task of verifying the effectiveness, adequacy and updating of the Organisational Model Legislative Decree 231/01.
The current composition of the Supervisory Board is as follows: Lawyer Maurizio Bortolotto (acting as Chairman), Lawyer Mario Gebbia (acting as external member), Dr. Francesca Neri (acting as internal member).
