FIRENZE, 29 aprile 2024 – Autolinee Toscane informa che è pervenuta per il giorno 6 maggio 2024 adesione da parte di USB Lavoro Privato, Cobas Lavoro Privato, CUB Trasporti agli scioperi nazionali di 24 ore del settore autoferrotranvieri proclamati da USB Lavoro privato e da COBAS Lavoro Privato, ADL Cobas, SGB Sindacato Generale di Base e CUB Trasporti congiuntamente. La regolarità del servizio dei bus e delle biglietterie di Autolinee Toscane dipenderà dalle adesioni allo sciopero. Si ricorda che in caso di sciopero le fasce di garanzia del TPL prevedono che il servizio sia garantito in due fasce orarie: tra le 4:15 e le 8:14 e tra le 12:30 e le 14:29. Le rivendicazioni dello sciopero riguardano: aumento salariale di 300 euro; riduzione dell’orario di lavoro da 39 a 35 ore settimanali, a parità di salario e riduzione del periodo di guida e del nastro lavorativo per gli autisti; adeguamento delle tutele sulla sicurezza e salute nei luoghi di lavoro, nonché per gli utenti del servizio di TPL; blocco delle privatizzazioni e delle relative gare di appalto per il TPL; mancata convocazione su trattativa rinnovo CCNL a livello nazionale. Preso atto, dell’autorizzazione da parte della Commissione Garanzia Scioperi e della pubblicazione in Gazzetta Ufficiale le modalità di attuazione sono diventate uniche su tutto il territorio regionale, pertanto risultano le seguenti: Personale viaggiante dall'inizio servizio alle ore 4.14, dalle ore 8.15 alle ore 12.29, dalle ore 14.30 a termine servizio. Personale impiegatizio ed operai Intero turno di lavoro. Per quanto riguarda la percentuale di adesione precedente, si ricorda che l’ultima azione di sciopero di 24 h a cui aderirono COBAS LP, CUB trasporti e USB LP il giorno 24-01-2024 fu del 23,69%.
