From 14 October 2026 to 7 March 2027, Palazzo Blu welcomes an extraordinary new exhibition dedicated to one of the 20th-century masters who best captured the contemporary condition: the realist painter Edward Hopper.

Light, solitude, and incommunicability are the signature traits of a visual narrative that speaks directly to our present. For nearly sixty years, New York was the artist’s home—the inexhaustible engine that fueled his creative search and served as the backdrop for many of his most famous masterpieces. Yet, his artistic vision was also shaped along the roads of the world: from the early influences of early 20th-century Paris to the luminous landscapes of New England and his extensive travels across the United States.

The exhibition Edward Hopper: New York and Beyond brings together over 150 works across five thematic sections, tracing step-by-step the key stages of the artist’s life and career.
