App at bus

  • You are probably looking at the wrong profile!
    To check, click on “Buy” and then tap the icon with the two arrows in the top right corner.

    This way, you can see which profile the tickets are in.

    TIPS: If you still can’t find them, no problem! Contact us via the “Talk to AT” form and we’ll help you.

  • Digital tickets that have not yet been activated are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • The at bus app is available for free on all major digital stores:

    • App Store
    • Google Play Store
    • App Gallery
  • With a my AT account, you can purchase tickets and ticket bundles on our app.

    Please note! If you want to buy a subscription, you must link the profile registered on our portal. 
    How? Click on “Link profile” and enter the date of birth and tax code.

  • First, you need to be registered with my at. For tickets and bundles, simply log in. To purchase a subscription, you must link the profile registered on our portal shop.at-bus.it:

    • Click on “Shop” and then on the icon with the double arrows in the top right corner
    • Click on “Add a profile”
    • Enter the date of birth and tax code in uppercase
    • Click “Add”

    Remember, you can link multiple profiles.

    Please note! To enter the date on Android devices, click on the current year and then scroll to the year of birth.

  • To purchase tickets at a discounted rate through our app, you must first register on our portal shop.at-bus.it and request a discounted profile by clicking on “Request discount.”
    Once the profile is created, go to our app and link the profile.

    TIPS: To link the profile:

    • Click on “Buy” and then on the icon with the double arrows in the top right corner
    • Click on “Link a profile”
    • Enter the date of birth and tax code in uppercase
    • Click “Add”
  • No, this is not possible because it is not our application.

  • If you have a subscription, simply show your health card (or tax code). If you are traveling with a single ticket or a ticket bundle, show the QR Code found by opening the ticket in use from the home screen.

    TIPS: By clicking the three dots in the top right corner, you can access a short guide on using travel tickets in the app and view your purchase history.

  • The payment receipt is sent to you by email.

    Please note! If you haven’t received the email, first check your spam folder or, if you use a Gmail account, the “Promotions” tab. Otherwise, contact us via the “Talk to AT” form with the subject “at Bus App Ticket Receipt.”

  • It depends on what you want to save: stops, alerts, routes, or places.

    Stops and routes:

    • Click on “Plan your trip”
    • Select the destination
    • Select your preferred result
    • Click the heart icon

    Alerts:

    • Click on “Timetables”
    • Select the line
    • Click the bell icon
    • Click on the menu at the bottom right
    • Click on “Favorites”
    • Click the heart icon

    Places:

    • Click on the menu at the bottom right
    • Click on “Favorites”
    • Click the heart icon
  • If you are purchasing from an Android device, update the app and try the payment again.

    TIPS: if you still need help, contact us via the “Talk to AT” form and provide your bank and the card network used (Visa, Mastercard).

  • Check if the app is updated.
    If needed, you can find the latest versions here: https://www.at-bus.it/en/app 

  • Yes. First, you need to add your child’s profile to your my at account, select his/her profile, and purchase the ticket.
    To view and activate it on his/her app, your child must log in using your credentials.
