Types of travel tickets
- Single ticket
- Pass: If you travel frequently on the same route, a pass is a convenient and cost-effective option. Monthly, quarterly and annual passes are available, and for students there is a 10-month pass
- 10-ride carnet: this carnet can be used on urban bus services
- 4-ride carnet: this carnet can be used on interurban routes
Please remember that single tickets and carnets must be validated or activated on the app when boarding.
Reduced fares are available for passengers with certified disabilities.

Where to buy
There are several accessible channels for purchasing your ticket:
- Company ticket offices and authorised retailers: all types of travel tickets can be purchased here, including discounted fares
- Web shop: here, after registrating, you can purchase your passes and download receipts
- AT Bus app: go to the purchase section, but remember to associate your web shop profile
- Tip Tap on board – contactless: for purchasing tickets on board using your credit, debit or prepaid card, or an enabled smartphone or wearable device. Most buses are equipped with validators accessible from both the front and rear doors, where you can tap your card and purchase your ticket. For more information, click here
- SMS: by sending a text message to 488 01 05 and indicating the name of the city
How to request an L100 or L100 INPS reduced-fare pass
Regional Law 100/98 provides for the purchase of:
- single tickets
- annual passes*
*annual passes (only one discounted pass may be purchased at a time)
To purchase these tickets, you must:
- Register on our web shop or at one of our company ticket offices
- Request the LR 100 INPS concession
Once registration is complete and the discount has been approved, you can purchase tickets via:

- The AT bus App
- Official ticket offices
- Authorised retailers
- TABNET app
