If you have lost a valuable or personal item on one of our buses or in Autolinee Toscane premises, you can request it through:
- Online form, selecting "lost items" in the "nature of the request" section
- the toll-free number 800 14 24 24, active from Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 to 24:00
Found items will be kept by the company for an initial period, after which they will be sent to the municipal Lost and Found offices (articles 927-931 of the Civil Code). Information on the retrieval and collection will be provided by Customer Service.
For the metropolitan area of Florence, found items are handled by the municipality of Florence. Therefore, such items, if found, can be recovered at the municipal depot, managed by "Servizi per la Strada S.p.A." The depot is located at via Veracini 5/5, 50144- Florence.
