Accounts and profiles: what they are, how they are used

You don’t need to do anything — you can use all travel features and save lines, stops, and addresses.

You can’t make purchases, and keep in mind that if you change device, your data will be lost.

From the Menu, tap “log in” and create your account, called “my at”.

You’ll need it to buy tickets or ticket booklets and save favorite lines and stops, so you can keep them even if you change device.

To create it, you only need your first name, last name, email, and password. Or you can sign in using Google or Apple social login.

From the Menu, tap your my at account, then “my profile”.

Link your tax code already registered on our portal shop.at-bus.it

Now you can also purchase passes.

From the Menu, tap your my at account, then “linked accounts”.

These are your beneficiaries, such as your children or someone you want to buy subscriptions for.

To add them, you simply need to enter their tax codes.
