Luggage Size

Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of luggage on board free of charge, with a maximum size of 105 cm (sum of length, width, and depth) and a maximum total weight of 10 kg.
Luggage must not occupy seats and must be stored in a way that does not obstruct access to or from the bus doors.
Unaccompanied luggage is not permitted on board.

Luggage exceeding the above dimensions (but still within 150 cm and 20 kg) and bicycles, even if not folded, may only be transported in the bus luggage compartment—if available—and must be equipped with a safety mechanism that prevents accidental opening.
In such cases, luggage or bicycles are subject to a fare equal to the applicable travel route.

Bicycles and Scooters

When carrying bicycles or scooters, and unless transported in the luggage compartment as above, they must be folded and free of protruding parts. In this case, the maximum permitted size is 195 cm (total).

The transport of luggage, bicycles, or scooters may be refused at the sole discretion of the company staff in the event of bus overcrowding.

Loading and Unloading Operations

The loading and unloading of luggage, bicycles, and scooters into the luggage compartments must be carried out at terminal stops under the supervision of the driver.

Luggage only may be loaded or unloaded directly by the passenger along the route, if deemed safe and permitted at the sole discretion of the bus driver.

Damage or Theft

Luggage is not insured.
Liability for damage, theft, tampering, loss, or deterioration of items and their contents is governed by Article 1681 of the Italian Civil Code and related legislation.

The company is not responsible for luggage that is forgotten, lost, left unattended by the passenger on the bus, or swapped with that of another passenger.
