Concessions & ISEE

To qualify for the ISEE fare, you must:

• be a resident of Tuscany

• have an ISEE certificate (for your household) with a value up to €36,151.98

You will need the ISEE protocol number, which must be entered when requesting the discount (also for the Student ISEE version).

Attention: if the system shows the message “Profile not found in regional archives...,” first check that the ISEE protocol number you entered is correct; otherwise, it is possible that your ISEE exceeds the allowed threshold.

To request the ISEE discount, you must:

• log into your profile on our website shop.at-bus.it

• click "RICHIEDI AGEVOLAZIONE"

• select ISEE/Student ISEE under “Tipo di agevolazione”

• enter the ISEE protocol number in the “Codice ISEE” field

• wait for approval

For a minor:

• log into your profile on shop.at-bus.it and select the minor passenger for whom you want to apply the discount from the dropdown menu at the top

• click "RICHIEDI AGEVOLAZIONE" (the name of the person for whom you are requesting the discount will be displayed to confirm it’s for the minor)

• select ISEE/Student ISEE under “Tipo di agevolazione”

• enter the ISEE protocol number in the “Codice ISEE” field

• wait for approval

Yes, there are reduced-fare passes available based on Regional Law 100/98 for people with disabilities or invalidity and for elderly people (over 65 years old) according to personal income.

Those eligible may, in some cases, receive a 40% discount.

Yes, discounts have a duration and expiration date that vary depending on the passenger profile:

• ISEE → 31/12 (unless extended)

• STUDENT → 19/08

• UNIVERSITY STUDENT → 19/08

• ISEE STUDENT → 19/08 (you will also need to reload the TPL ISEE pass)

• ISEE UNIVERSITY STUDENT → 19/08 (you will also need to reload the TPL ISEE pass)

• LR 100/98 → valid for 5 years from entry (unless the certification has a different expiration)

Note: the pass is still valid until the expiration date shown on your purchase receipt.
