Blink: your ticket in a blink

Blink is the new platform for purchasing digital tickets.
- Blink is a digital ticket. To activate and use it, you must have an active data connection, but no registration is required.
- You can purchase up to a maximum of 10 “urban capital” tickets per session.
- You can pay with cards from the Visa, Mastercard, American Express networks, as well as GPay, Apple Pay, and Bancomat Pay.
- Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an email for each ticket sent to the email address you provided.
- In the email you will find:
- the ticket details: type and unique identification code;
- activation instructions and terms of use;
- the activation link.
- Activate the ticket by clicking on the link only right before boarding: once you click the link, the ticket will be activated immediately.
- In case of inspection, you must show the activated ticket on your device.
If activation is successful, you will see the ticket screen containing:
- QR Code
- Unique code of the travel document
- Usage time counter
- Name of the travel document
- City of use
- Validity period of the ticket
