  • No, you must forward the entire email to each individual person who will use the Blink ticket you purchased.

  • Yes, you can activate multiple tickets from your device if you are traveling with someone. Remember that in case of inspection, all the people must be traveling with you, because you will be the one showing the activated tickets.

  • Yes, before activation you can send the email to anyone you want.

  • No, to travel it is mandatory to activate the ticket by clicking the activation link contained in the email.

  • If the ticket has expired, clicking the activation link will display an error screen indicating “ticket expired.”

  • The cumulative receipt is automatically sent to the email address provided during the purchase process along with the purchased tickets.

  • To use the Blink ticket, you must activate it before boarding by clicking the link received in the email. Once activated, the ticket is non-transferable and can only be used on the device from which the activation was made.

  • Once the purchase is completed, the Blink tickets are sent via email to the address provided during the purchase. You will receive one email for each ticket purchased, each containing:

    • the details of the travel ticket: ticket type and unique identification code;
    • the activation instructions and terms of use;
    • the activation link.

    Remember to activate the ticket by clicking the link before boarding.

  • On the Blink portal, it is possible to pay with cards from the Visa, Mastercard, American Express networks, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Bancomat Pay.

  • Through the Blink portal, it is only possible to purchase time-based urban main city tickets for the cities of Arezzo, Florence, Grosseto, Livorno, Lucca, Massa and Carrara, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato, and the MIV area. Below are all the features of the urban main city ticket.
