After completing your purchase, Blink tickets are sent by email to the address you provided during the process. You will receive one email per ticket purchased, containing:
• the type of ticket and its unique identification code, • activation instructions and usage conditions, • the activation link.
Note: The ticket must be activated by clicking the link before boarding.
To use the Blink ticket, you must activate it before boarding by clicking on the link received by email.
Note: Once activated: • the ticket is non-transferable, • it can only be used on the device where it was activated.
A cumulative receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase, together with the tickets.
In case of inspection, you must show the activated ticket on your device. Staff will check it either visually or with their tools.
When the ticket is activated, the ticket screen shows:

No, the Blink ticket does not expire if it hasn’t been activated. Note: Once activated and after the validity period has ended, the ticket screen will show the message “Ticket expired.”
No, to travel you must activate the ticket by clicking the activation link contained in the email.
You cannot use your ticket on a device different from the one used for activation.
Yes, Blink is a digital ticket. To activate and use it on your smartphone, you need an active data connection.
If you exceed the ticket’s validity period, you may be fined. We recommend:
