Which travel tickets can I buy?

You can buy several types of tickets, depending on your needs:

  • urban tickets valid for one day
  • extra-urban (out-of-town) tickets valid for a round trip

You can also buy one of the following passes:

  • annual urban pass valid for the urban network of your city of residence
  • annual extra-urban pass
  • annual extra-urban pass purchased together with the urban add-on valid for your city of residence or destination.

Below you can check the discounted fares for tickets and passes.

Profile registration at the ticket office can only be done by the person concerned or by their guardian or legal representative.

For the discount itself, however, you can also apply even if the person concerned is not present. What matters is that you have all the complete and valid documentation with you, namely:

  • the LR100 form filled in and signed by the applicant;
  • if it's a request based on invalidity or disability, the correct, currently valid invalidity certification for the relevant category;
  • a valid ID document of the applicant;
  • the applicant's tax code (codice fiscale).

How can I buy it?

How to create a discounted profile through our web shop

  1. Go to web-shop
  2. Click on "Register here" and enter your details.
  3. Tick the box confirming the terms, then click "confirm"
  4. You'll receive a confirmation code in the email address you provided (if you can't find it, check your "spam" and/or "promotions" folders too) — enter it to continue with registration
  5. Click "Add" to add the first passenger (must be of legal age)
  6. Enter the details and all required documents in a compatible format (jpg, pdf):
    • Photo or scan of the front and back of the ID document
    • Photo or scan of the front of the health card
  7. Once you've completed all the steps correctly, a window confirming the registration process is complete will appear.

Within 48 hours you'll receive confirmation that your profile has been activated.

 

How to apply for the discount

  1. Log into your web-shop profile (use the same credentials you used when you registered on the shop)
  2. Go to the "Request a discount" section at the top right.
  3. Select the type of discount
    • LR100
    • LR100 INPS
  4. If you're entitled to a companion, tick the relevant box
  5. Click continue
  6. Download the first three forms (which you can also find at the bottom of this page)
  7. Fill them in and upload them to the portal
  8. Remember to upload any other documentation requested.

Within 48 hours you'll receive confirmation of your discounted profile, after which you can buy your pass already discounted, or also add a minor.

 

How to create a discounted profile at a ticket office

Bring with you:

  • a currently valid health card
  • a currently valid ID document
  • your mobile phone number (please double-check that the number you give is correct)
  • the forms found at the bottom of this page
  • any medical certification requested in the forms.

The ticket office operator will handle the registration and create your discounted profile, after which you can buy your ticket or pass directly.

To buy your pass or ticket online, we recommend completing the registration process in the "shop" section of our website:

  1. go to the web-shop page
  2. click "Not registered yet? Register here"
  3. create your profile by entering an email and a password of your choice
  4. you'll receive a code by email that must be entered in the relevant field (if you don't receive it and you're using a GMAIL address, check your SPAM or PROMOTIONS folders)
  5. an icon will appear reading "add passenger"
  6. enter your tax code (codice fiscale)
  7. at this point the system will recognise that you pre-registered at the ticket office and will send an SMS to the phone number you previously provided there (note: this won't work if the number you gave is incorrect)
  8. enter the code received by SMS

At this point the association is complete and you can comfortably buy your discounted pass from home, or also buy your ticket through our app.
