Booking a bus with a ramp or notifying your presence at the stop
What you need to do
You must submit your request at least 48 hours before the date for which you are requesting the service. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours. Where a ramp is required, the service is guaranteed within 48 hours, subject to vehicle availability and ramp access being enabled at both the boarding and alighting stops.
If the booking request is not made within the specified time frame and in the manner indicated, the service cannot be guaranteed.
Tips: our ramps are designed for wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters that comply with the standard dimensions (112 × 70 × 109 cm) and the maximum load permitted by the electric ramp, namely 300 kg, including the weight of the passenger being transported.
If you require a bus with a ramp, before travelling to the stop, please ensure you have received confirmation of your booking.
If for any reason you are unable to use the booked service, we kindly ask you to inform us by calling our toll-free number to cancel the booking.
For safety reasons as set out in EU Regulation 181/2011, Art. 10, booking a bus with a ramp or notifying your presence at the stop does not include driver assistance for boarding and alighting. For passengers in wheelchairs, only the deployment of the ramp is provided.
