Passes

  • Please check that you are using the correct email address, the one you used when you first registered in the shop.
    You might be trying to log in with your ”my at” email and password.
    Please note! “my at” and the shop are two separate areas; therefore, it’s possible that you registered with different email addresses.

    TIPS: we recommend using the same credentials for both the shop and “my at”, so you don’t have to remember multiple passwords.

  • The €5.50 is a one-time fee required to activate the card. You only pay for it for the first time.

    The good news? You’ll never have to renew it every year, and if you lose it, there are no replacement costs. In short, it makes your life easier and even saves you money in the long run!

  • It is verified through your tax code.

    TIPS: always carry your tax code with you — it can be shown via your health card, the IO app, or simply communicated verbally if you have an excellent memory! 

     

  • When traveling by train, you must always carry either the paper or digital receipt of your subscription. 
    If you also benefit from an ISEE discount, you must carry the ISEE–Tpl certificate as well (in paper or digital format).

  • If you purchased the subscription with us, on buses and trams you only need to show your health card or tax code.
    When traveling by train, you must also carry the paper or digital receipt of your subscription, and if you have an ISEE discount, the ISEE – Tpl certificate as well (in paper or digital format).
    If instead you purchased the subscription with Trenitalia, always carry the paper or digital receipt when using the bus or tram.

  • Absolutely not. The subscription remains valid until the expiration date shown on the purchase receipt.

    TIPS:  Remember to request the new discount before buying a new subscription.

  • You probably didn’t click the password reset link sent to your email immediately, which is why it now says “Token expired.” Open the email again, click the link, and enter the new password right away.

  • First, one of the parents, or their legal guardian, must register. After the profile is approved, you can also register the minor’s profile.

    TIPS: If you encounter any difficulties, here you can find a very useful registration guide with all the steps.

  • Yes. If their profile is linked to yours, a clickable button labeled “Unlink passenger” will appear. Then, follow the steps provided.

  • Yes, it can be purchased for monthly, quarterly, annual, and annual student subscriptions, and in all cities except Florence.

    Please note! In the cities of Siena, Grosseto, Prato, and Massa Carrara, extra-urban subscriptions for zones 1 and 2 already include the urban network of these cities. More information can be found here.

    TIPS: For the 10-month student extra-urban subscription, urban integration cannot be purchased. If the urban network is also needed, it is recommended to purchase the annual subscription.

  • Write to tabnet-c@tabaccai.it 

  • First, the legal guardian must register on our website. After the profile is approved, they can add the minor passengers by clicking “Add passenger.” When prompted for the relationship declaration, specify the role of guardian and provide the minor’s documents. For multiple passengers, go back and repeat the steps for each one.

  • If you purchase online, click “Request invoice” before making the payment.
    If you buy at a ticket office, ask for the invoice before paying for the subscription.

    Please note! We cannot issue an invoice after the purchase.

    TIPS: For income tax purposes with the 730 form, the purchase receipt is sufficient and can be downloaded from your profile.

  • We recommend refreshing the page using the F5 key.
    Alternatively, try again after a few hours or the next day.

    Please note! If it still doesn’t work, do not keep trying endlessly, as this may result in your card being blocked.
    Contact us via the “Talk to AT” form with the subject “Difficulty paying with card” and provide:

    • the passenger’s tax code
    • the last 4 digits of the credit card used
    • the date and time when you tried to purchase the subscription
  • From the 20th of the month, you can buy or renew the subscription, which will be valid from the first day of the following month.

  • The fare system established by the Tuscany Region does not allow the purchase of these types of subscriptions with a student discount.

    TIPS: You can purchase them at the regular fare.
